What are the OSX apps you simply can't live without in your day to day usage?

For me it would have to be:
    • Tweetie - well known Twitter client
    • Unison - Usenet client
    • RapidWeaver - a very powerful alternative to iWeb (think crossover between Dreamweaver and iWeb)
    • iStat 3 - hardware monitoring in the menubar
    • ForeverSave - automatic saving and backups of open files
